Welcome to Casa Beverlee! This brand new professionally designed condo in the center of charming Old Town Puerto Vallarta is your ideal relaxing and welcoming home away from home. We believe we have exceeded attention to meticulous detail with plentiful amenities on both the property and in the apartment.
THE BUILDING;
If you’re unfamiliar with Pavilion’s location, it’s prime! Although this is a very safe neighborhood, there is 24/7 on site security. You’re two blocks from the most popular beaches, steps from neighborhood bars, lounges and nightclubs, nearby Old Town Farmer’s Market and surrounded by amazing restaurants and local eateries – from $ to $$$$. Our comprehensive welcome book, upon your arrival, is a great source to help you choose. As for the amenities at Pavilion, a lap pool on level 5 and a heated unique lounging cocktail pool on the rooftop, along with two huge Jacuzzis – one fresh water and one salt water… with a panoramic view of the ocean and the mountains. Fitness center, relaxing cabanas, multiple comfy seating areas for lounging and dining, indoor/outdoor cinema and BBQ are all available for your enjoyment, as well as showers after the pool and rest rooms if needed.
THE CONDO;
Located on the 3rd floor, Casa Beverlee has one bedroom and two full bathrooms. The living room sofa seat cushion easily folds out and converts into a comfortable queen bed, not a thin springy mattress, for two additional guests; as well as floor to ceiling sheer and blackout drapery. We invite you to scroll through the pictures to get a delightful perspective on the furnishings, blending unique modern comfort with pops of bright Mexican flair. The contemporary kitchen and bathrooms are thoroughly stocked and equipped. There is fully supplied wine and champagne accessory bar for easy entertaining. Washer/dryer in the unit, bolted safe in the bedroom closet, iron and ironing board, beach towels and pads with sand proof Bluetooth speakers, carry all bags, Netflix on both smart TVs, Smart IPTV with local and international channels to browse, Free secure WiFi available, and a Bluetooth speaker for your amplification. Step out on the open spacious terrace for coffee, wine, cocktails or people watching.
**The Tranquil Master Suite;
Relax on the restful and comfortable King size Bed. Again, floor to ceiling sheer and blackout drapery, upgraded with double soundproof windows and an additional insulated wall to allow a quiet nights sleep. Pavilion comes with only standard single-pane windows in the bedroom. There is a vibrant bar and club scene throughout Old Town, but once you’re inside Casa Beverlee you can rest assured we have made these improvements to ensure your stay is as cozy and tranquil as you would like, and to let you relax and wake up refreshed for all that PV has to offer…’ve even replaced the standard Pavilion entry door with a solid wooden door.
